Creating a Year Round Get-a-way out of a Summer Escape.
/Going from a summer retreat to an all season home is easy with spray foam and blown cellulose. This home originally had an R4 ceiling insulation and we brought it up to an air tight R25. The side walls in the upstairs were also empty so we installed dense pack cellulose to help keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter.
